Villa Armen Üzümlü is a fully sheltered villa with a private pool located in Üzümlü Village in Kalkan. Our villa with a comfortable design is ideal for large families and crowded groups of friends. A pleasant holiday awaits you thanks to the table tennis, foosball, hammock, swing, okey, backgammon, heated indoor pool and underfloor heating in our villa.

Our villa is located in Kalkan Üzümlü, 12 km above the sea. One of the most important features of the Üzümlü region is that it is cooler than the center of Kalkan in hot evenings in summer. With the high location of the Üzümlü region, you will be able to enjoy the fresh air and unique nature view, you will have the opportunity to listen to the chirping of birds and the unique sound of nature. A wonderful holiday away from the noise and crowds of the city awaits you.

Warm pool dimensions : 3m x 7m depth is 1.50 cm.

Child pool dimensions : 3m x 3m depth 30 cm.

There is also Villa Germen, which is in our system and belongs to the same owner. Also nearby are Villa Gragas, Villa Kıvrak and Villa Saydan, Villa Hesperos. If their calendars are available, they can be accommodated at the same time.
