Villa Zehra, located at Kördere 1 in the Kallkan Kördere area, features a fully enclosed pool and is ideal for large families and groups of friends, accommodating up to 4 people. It is a popular choice among our guests thanks to its partial ocean view and convenient location near the town center. At our villa, which features a private pool and sauna, you can spend quality time with your family and take the opportunity to unwind from the stresses of the year.

Located in the Kalkan Kördere area, our villa is situated close to the town center. It is approximately 10–15 minutes away from the world-famous Kaputaş Beach. It stands out for its proximity to nightlife and city life.

Note: Our villa’s pool is covered and cannot be opened.

Note 1: Our villa is located on the lower level of Villa Zehra Kördere in our system, which belongs to the same owner, and the entrances are separate.

Additionally, Villa Beyza Kördere—which is also listed in our system and belongs to the same owner— Villa Melisa Kördere, is located right next to our villa. If their calendars allow, it is possible to rent them all at the same time. 

Note 3: The nearest beach is Kalkan Public Beach.
