Villa Parlak is located in Kayaköy, Fethiye. Villa Parlak awaits our guests a decent holiday with the quiet and beautiful weather of Kayaköy region. Villa Parlak has a very colorful and modern interior design with its externally connected structure, there is no connection from the inside.
The location of our villa is in Fethiye Kayaköy. Kayakoy is a historical village with old Greek houses. When you come here, we strongly recommend you to visit these Greek houses. There are big and small churches and fourteen chapels among the places to visit and see in Kayaköy.
Note 1: The nearest swimming beach is Gemiler Beach.
Near this house, you can visit Villa Withme, Villa Gemile 1, Villa Gemile 2 and Villa Rosemund. Also nearby are Villa Kınalı, Villa Brownie, Villa Jumanji and Villa Bani. You can stay in the villas at the same time if there is availability in their calendars.
IMPORTANT NOTE : Our villa consists of 2 separate sections. For this reason, it has the document numbers 48-12461 - 48-12737, affiliated to the Ministry of Tourism.
General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests. In our houses, which are located in nature, the possibility of insects etc. is higher than the villas located in the center. This note is written in the information of all houses that are located in nature, not this house.
New villa constructions may occur in the regions outside the summer months. Therefore, there is likely to be noise around. This note is not unique to this house, it is found in all houses that are active in winter.
