Our apartment also has a large communal social area and has a communal parking area. 

Note: Our rooms are cleaned every 3 days. If extra cleaning is requested, a fee of 1.500 TL is charged.

In our houses located in nature, insects etc. are more likely to come out than villas located in the center. New villa constructions may occur in the regions outside the summer months. Therefore, there is likely to be noise around. This note is not unique to this house, it is found in all houses that are active in winter.
